A home for what you own

Give every belonging a passport of its own.

Chitrace Core is the quiet archive for the objects that carry your history — the bike, the camera, the watch. Log the day it became yours, then let the story grow one entry at a time.

How it works

Not an inventory. A biography.

Every object gets a page, a shape, and a pace all its own — no rigid categories, no forms to fight.

📇

Give it a passport

Name it, date it, describe the small details only you'd notice. A guitar and a keepsake belong here on equal footing.

🧵

Watch the timeline grow

Add a photo after a repair, a note when it moves house, a memory from the trip it came along on.

🗂️

Step back and see it all

Your whole collection becomes something to return to — what you've kept longest, what's quietly asking for attention.

The first entry. A gift, not a purchase — passed across a table with a story attached.

About us

We build for the things worth remembering

🧭

We're a small team who kept noticing the same thing: the objects we love most rarely come with a way to remember them properly. A photo roll buries them. A drawer full of receipts says nothing about why they matter. So we set out to build the place those stories were missing.

🎯

Our mission is simple — help people turn ownership into memory. Not tracking for the sake of tracking, but a genuine record of how a thing entered your life, changed with you, and stayed. Chitrace Core exists so that the meaning behind an object doesn't quietly disappear over time.

📖

Inside, every belonging gets its own passport and a timeline that grows entry by entry — a repair, a move, a memory from the trip it came along on. Zoom out and your whole collection becomes a visual biography: what you've kept longest, what's changed, what deserves a second look.

Chitrace Core — because the things you keep deserve to be remembered, not just stored.

Privacy policy

Your archive stays yours — full stop

Effective Date: March 3, 2026

Chitrace Core was built on a simple rule: the objects, photos, and memories you archive belong to you alone. This policy explains, in plain terms, what that means in practice.

1. Information We Collect

We collect nothing. Chitrace Core does not require an account, does not ask for your name or email to use the app, and does not gather analytics, usage statistics, device identifiers, or location data. The object passports, photos, and notes you create exist only within the app on your device.

2. How We Use Information

Because no information is collected, none is used, profiled, or analyzed. We do not build behavioral models, we do not study how you use the app, and we never sell, rent, or share information with advertisers or data brokers — there is nothing of that kind to share.

3. Data Storage

Every passport, timeline entry, photo, and note is stored locally on your device only. Chitrace Core has no cloud backend, no remote database, and no server that your archive is ever transmitted to. Uninstalling the app removes this data along with it, unless you've made your own backup through your device's native tools.

4. Third-Party Services

Chitrace Core does not integrate third-party analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or tracking pixels of any kind. Nothing about your activity in the app is reported to an outside company, because no such connection exists in the app's design.

5. Data Security

Since your archive never leaves your device, it is protected by the same safeguards you already use to secure your phone — passcode, biometric lock, and device encryption. We recommend keeping your device's operating system current to benefit from the latest protections.

6. Children's Privacy

Chitrace Core does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13, because the app collects no personal information from any user, of any age, at any time.

7. Your Control

There are no accounts to manage and no remote records to request deletion of. You are always in full control of your archive:

  • Edit or delete any object passport or timeline entry at any time, directly in the app.
  • Remove everything at once by deleting the app from your device.
  • Export or back up your archive using your device's own backup features, entirely under your control.

8. Changes to This Policy

If this policy is ever updated — for instance, to reflect a new feature — the revised version will be published here with a new effective date. Our core commitment will not change: Chitrace Core does not collect your data.

9. Contact

Questions about this policy or how Chitrace Core handles data can be sent to privacy@chitracecoreapp.com.
